Avers

There is a symbolic depiction of of the Solar system as a part of the Universe, which contains a "knowledge planet", above it and to the right, there is a semicircular inscription: above to the left - the small State Emblem of Ukraine, inscriptions – and the Mint logo of the National bank of Ukraine.

Revers

At the upper part of the coin field, the modern building of the university is depicted, at the coin lower part there is a mirror image of the old building of the university and a circular inscription
