There are A.M. Livytskyi’s portrait and the inscriptions: АНДРІЙ ЛІВИЦЬКИЙ (Andrii Livytskyi) – above (semicircular), 1879/1954 – years of life, to the right of the portrait, and beneath (semicircular) – ПРЕЗИДЕНТ УНР В ЕКЗИЛІ (President of the UPR (Ukrainian People’s Republic) in Exile).
