At the top right is a cicada with the quote "Lou Trésor dóu Félibrige". At the bottom of the coin is the outline of the PACA region with the letters "RF" for République Française on top. Along the listel is inscribed the name of the region "PROVENCE-ALPES-CÔTE D'AZUR".
