At top left, a plane in the air and over the sea can be seen. At the bottom of the coin is the outline of the Réunion region, with the letters "RF" for République Française above it. Along the scroll is the name of the region "RÉUNION".

Revers

The face value between two branches of laurel and oak, surrounded by the French motto and three hexagons.
