Avers

Laureate and draped bust of George III right, H on the truncation, all within a wreath of oak. There are 4 pearls in the shoulder brooch. There are 5 pearls in the shoulder brooch which merge into the centre, not 'no pearls' as stated by Davis. There is no H on the truncation.

Revers

Commerce seated left on a bale; in her right hand, scales; in the left, a cornucopia; in the distance a ship. On the ground at the right, H , the head of Commerce does not touch Y and here are 5 ears of corn of equal length radiating neatly from the cornucopia
