There is a column base, as a symbol of law, enframed in conventionalized ornament pattern, there are engraved the following inscriptions: КОНСТИТУЦІЯ/ УКРАЇНИ (Constitution of Ukraine) above the column and 28/ ЧЕРВНЯ/ 1996 (28/June/ 1996) on the ribbon crossing the column.
