There is the building of the Clearing House of Ukraine, below there is the legend 10 /РОКІВ (10 YEARS) against the background of the Ancient Rus hryvnia, the semicircular inscription РАХУНКОВА ПАЛАТА (CLEARING HOUSE) above and a conventionalized floral ornament beneath.
