On the central part-the outline of the map of the Republic of Moldova and the inscription "CHIŞINĂU 2005"; on the left part - two chess figures on a chess board; following the coin circumference-the inscription "CAMPIONATUL EUROPEAN FEMENIN LA ŞAH" is engraved in block letters.
