Wreath of laurel (left) and oak (right) branches tied atop by a Roman numeral X (ten), over the wreaths six shields bearing the coat of arms of Moldavia, the territories of the Black Sea (Dobruja - Dobrogea -, mainly), Transylvania (at the right side), Wallachia, Hohenzollern family emblem and Oltenia along Banat - clockwise from 12 o'clock; at the bottom face value 100 LEI, below the face value, along the edge, inscription A.MURNU - H.IONESCU, the names of the coin engravers.
