To the right there is a close-up portrait of Sidor Beliy, the ataman of the Black Sea Cossack Army, against the background of a watch-tower and a Cossack riding a horse with a spear in his hand . On the left of the portrait there is an inscription “1735-1788” indicating Sidor Beliy’s life years. Along the edging at the top there is a circling inscription "СИДОР БЕЛЫЙ" (SIDOR BELIY) and a circling inscription "КОША ВЕРНЫХ КАЗАКОВ" (KOSHA OF FAITHFUL COSSACKS) ("KOSHA" is the old name for Black Sea Cossack Army) is below .
