Quarenghi with a scroll of paper in the right hand and a model of the Assignat Bank building in Saint Petersburg on the bent left one. On the paper scroll - the inscription in four lines: "ДЖАКОМО КВАРЕНГИ" and "GIACOMO QUARENGI", divided by the colored picture of the capital of Ionic order.
