Against the background of the picture of the St.Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral, there are the silhouettes of the twelve apostles from the symbolic communion scene of the Eucharist mosaic. On the coin there is the circular inscription: МИХАЙЛІВСЬКИЙ ЗОЛОТОВЕРХИЙ СОБОР XII СТ. (St.Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral of the 12th century)
