Above the face value is the State emblem. In the lower portion, along the circumference appears the year of issue, 1994 5754 and the word "ISRAEL' in Hebrew, Arabic and English.

Revers

The Earth as the center of a flower surrounded by petals, symbolizing the fragility of the environment and the need to protect it. In the upper portion, along the circumference, "FOR A BETTER ENVIRONMENT" appears in Hebrew and English.
