His left-profile portrait was created in 1932 by John Flanagan and has featured on the nations quarter since that same year, which was the bicentennial celebration in America of Washingtons birth in 1732.

Revers

On the reverse of the 2018 5 oz ATB Voyageurs National Park Silver Coin is the image of its stunning waterways, which were traversed by some of the North American continents earliest settlers, from Native American tribes to French explorers. Engravings include the name of the park, state of issue, and year of issue.
