The three emperors Arcadius, Honorius and Theodosius II standing facing; the two outermost being taller, slightly turned towards each other, each holding spear with outer hand and resting inner hand on shield; third emperor between them, smaller, head to right, holding spear with right hand, sometimes holding a globe with left hand. Mintmark in exergue. (To the glory of the Roman people)
