A photograph featuring Princess Elizabeth, which captures her dedication to wartime duty. She became the first female member of the British Royal Family to become an active member of the British Armed Forces. The gates of Buckingham Palace border the image and at the bottom, a bouquet of flowers is depicted together with a ribbon with the inscription that reads ‘DEVOTED TO YOUR SERVICE’.
