Left profile of the German physicist Max Planck, a representation of the radiation spectrum with the inscription "150 GEBURTSTAG MAX PLANCK" (150th birthday of Max Plack). Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918 for his work in quantum theory. He is one of the founders of quantum mechanics.
