Against the light background there is depicted the emblem of the Commonwealth of Independent States with the legend 20/РОКІВ (20/years) thereunder; above there is the semicircular inscription СПІВДРУЖНІСТЬ НЕЗАЛЕЖНИХ ДЕРЖАВ (Commonwealth of Independent States).
