There are B.M. Martos' portrait, a part of the Great Coat of Arms of the Ukrainian People's Republic (on the left) and the inscriptions: 1879/1977 - years of life, to the right of the portrait, and beneath (bow-shaped) - БОРИС МАРТОС (Borys Martos).
