There is a depiction of a Cossack community headed by a foreman; left there is a stone idol of Polovtsi tribe; under the composition there is a coat of arms of Kalmiuska palanqua. Around the coin circumference there are inscriptions: 500 РОКІВ КОЗАЦЬКИМ ПОСЕЛЕННЯМ. КАЛЬМІУСЬКА ПАЛАНКА (500 Years to Cossack settlements, Kalmiuska palanqua).
