Against the dark background there is depicted a Paralympic athlete shooting a bow with the Ukrainian Paralympic Movement emblem above; to the right, against the light background, there is the bow-shaped inscription XIV ПАРАЛІМПІЙСЬКІ ІГРИ (XIV Paralympic Games).
