There are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) above; beneath there are indicated the coin face value and mintage year 10 ГРИВЕНЬ/2010 (10 hryvnias). In the center there is depicted the conventionalized composition - the Cossack starshyna (senior officials) headed by the Hetman (to the left) and Cossacks (to the right), which symbolizes the approval of the Constitution.

Реверс

There is a portrait of Pylyp Orlyk having a quill pen in hand against the background of a conventionalized sheet of the Constitution. To the left there are the inscriptions КОНСТИТУЦІЯ ПИЛИПА ОРЛИКА (Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk; semicircular) and 300/РОКІВ (300 years)
