Within the bead circle there is depicted the small National Emblem of Ukraine, above which there is 2005, the coin issue year; between the bead circle and the coin rim there are inscriptions: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) - above, 2 ГРИВНІ (2 hryvnias) - beneath, as well as Au 999,9, the designation of metal (on the left), 1,24 g, its weight in fineness and the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine (on the right).
