CAROLVS inscription starts at the head of the Monarch. (Charles VI by the grace of God Emperor of the Romans, Always August, King of Germany, Hispania, Hungary and Bohemia.

Radiant - in oval mandorla - crowned and glorified Madonna with scepter in the right hand, child on the left arm seated on crescent; crowned twofold Hungarian shield below. Date divided at the top (Saint Immaculate Mary Mother of God, Protector of Hungary.)
