There are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine in the center and the cruciform image of rushnyks (Ukrainian embroidered decorative towels); between the rushnyks there are portraits of the most outstanding personalities of different epochs of our history together with the legends: ЯРОСЛАВ МУДРИЙ, ТАРАС ШЕВЧЕНКО, МИХАЙЛО ГРУШЕВСЬКИЙ, БОГДАН ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬКИЙ; below against the background of a rushnyk there is indicated the coin minting year 2011 and the semicircular inscriptions: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) (above) and coin denomination (below): СТО ГРИВЕНЬ (one hundred hryvnias).
