On the obverse of 2021 Gibraltar Lady Justice Gold Coins is a depiction of both the Royal Arms of England and the coat of arms of Gibraltar. The Royal Arms has a quartered shield with the individual coat of arms for England, Scotland, and Ireland. The shield is topped by an Imperial Crown with the heraldic Lion of England and Unicorn of Scotland supporting it. The design includes a smaller shield beneath the Royal Arms that depicts the coat of arms of Gibraltar, a design with the castle of Gules that has a chain and key hanging around it.

The reverse side of the 2021 1/10 oz Lady Justice Gold Coins comes with a distinctive image of Justitia. In this design, she wears a blindfold over her eyes with a sword raised in her right hand and a set of scales held out in her left hand. The field includes a mountain range in the background field and seven stars.
