Above this, the Royal Arms of England features the quartered shield of the United Kingdom, an Imperial Crown, and the heraldic Lion of England and Unicorn of Scotland.

In this design element, Lady Justice is shown at the top of a mountain with a raised sword in their right hand and scales extended out in her left hand. Though she is shown to be in motion, she remains blindfolded as a symbol of impartiality. The field includes inscriptions of her name and a date mark, with seven stars beneath her figure that are split three to the left and four to the right.
