5 Centimes from France. Issued from 1938 to 1939. Struck in Nickel silver (60% Copper, 20% Nickel, 20% Zinc). Measures 17 mm and weighs 1.5 g.

Obverse
The hole is surrounded by two oak branches, the letters RF and a Phrygian cap on top. The size of the hole can be either small or large.
Reverse
