500 Lire from Italy. Issued in 1994. Struck in Bimetallic: bronzital centre in acmonital ring. Measures 25.8 mm and weighs 6.8 g.
- Obverse
- Female head facing left. The woman symbolizes the Italian Republic with feathered wings coming from temples (symbols of intelligence and freedom). Engraver's name below the neck-cut. (Italian Republic Cretara)
- Reverse
- In the center the portrait of Luca Pacioli with a town in the background (cathedral -and nearest buildings-of Sansepolcro, Tuscany, his birth city). Name of the engraver on the inner ring below Pacioli right shoulder. Value and dates of anniversary together with the legend in the outer ring
