Description
5 Centimos from Spain. Issued in 1870. Struck in Bronze (95% copper, 4% tin, 1% zinc). Measures 25 mm and weighs 5 g.
- Obverse
- Beaded inner circle with Hispania seated on the Pyrenees mountains, pointing to the right, engraver's name below exergue line, lettering around the rim (mass of the coin) and date below. (FIVE GRAMS1870L MARCHIONNI)

- Beaded inner circle with a lion standing, front paws resting on a shield on right, mintmark below exergue line and lettering around the rim. (200 PIECES IN A KILOGRAM5 CENTIMOSOM)
