500 Lire from Italy. Issued in 1996. Struck in Bimetallic: bronzital centre in acmonital ring. Measures 25.75 mm and weighs 6.8 g.
- Obverse
- Female head facing left. The woman symbolizes the Italian Republic with feathered wings coming from temples (symbols of intelligence and freedom). Engraver's name below the neck-cut. (Italian Republic)
- Reverse
- In the inner disc a front view of the Institute building with anniversary dates below and also the logo. Lettering with value at bottom in outer ring.
