Inside a large circle the value with big numbered fraction with the date above. In the outer ring a series of elements previously used in other coins of Italian Republic: from the mintmark clockwise: a bunch of grapes (5 lire km#89), a laurel branch (100 Lire km#96) an oak branch (20 Lire km#97), a cornucopia (1 Lira km#91) and a toothed wheel (200 Lire km# 105)
