- Head of King Oscar II facing left, with engraver initials on neck-cut. Legend around rim. (Oscar II King of Sweden and Norway)
- Reverse
- Crowned Coat of arms of Sweden held by lion supporters at sides and King's motto on a scroll below. Above the crown is the value, while below the motto is the date with at sides the mintmarks. (The welfare of the brother peoples)
