5 Leva from Bulgaria. Issued in 1992. Struck in Nickel brass. Measures 27.2 mm and weighs 6 g.
- Obverse
- The Madara Rider on his horse, killing a lion with a spear. This image is taken from a large carving 100m up on a cliff face. Inscriptions with the sculpture chronicle events throughout the 8th century. (Republic of Bulgaria)
