Romania 1992 coat of arms - an eagle (aquila) with a shield on top. It is divided into five parts, which represent the five provinces > Wallachia - golden eagle, Moldavia - cattle (aurochs), Oltenia and Banat - lion and bridge, Dobrogea - dolphins, Transylvania - black eagle + seven castles + sun + moon.
Reverse
The face value 10 LEI and the mention ROMANIA between olive branches.
