2 Sols from France. Issued in 1793. Struck in Copper (or bell metal). Measures 34 mm and weighs 24 g.
- Obverse
- Table with the Order of Human Rights marked in (All men are equal before the law). On his left a bunch of grapes in his right palm dati, above an eye (the eye that sees everything?) (French Republic The people are equal before the law Year 2)
- Reverse
- A crown of oak (the 2 sols value is included in) crossing the horizontal balance with two trays. The balance is summoned Phrygian cap. Mintmark under wreath and above date. (Liberty Equality 2 S[ols] AA 1793)
