20 Francs from France. Issued from 1898 to 1906. Struck in Gold (.900). Measures 21 mm and weighs 6.45 g.
- Obverse
- Right profile of the Marianne wearing the Phrygian cap and a crown of oak branch
- Reverse
- The French motto: Liberté, égalité, fraternité (Liberty, equality, fraternity) surrounds a cock with a proud, puffed-up bust, walking to the left on a ground line decorated with grasses and flowers. The value of the 20 Fcs coin is also visible on the coin, with the number 20 on the left and the franc on the right.
