1 Florin from Australia. Issued from 1938 to 1945. Struck in Silver (.925). Measures 28.5 mm and weighs 11.31 g.

- Portrait of King George VI facing left (George VI by the Grace of God, King of all the British territories, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India)
- Reverse
- Coat of arms of the Commonwealth of Australia, composed of a shield divided into six parts, each containing a representation of the badge of a State. The shield is supported by a kangaroo and an emu standing on a grassy mound accompanied by small branches of wattle. Above the shield is a crown instead of the Federation star.
