- The twelve stars of Europe surround a handshake between General De Gaulle and Konrad Adenauer. Above, the names of the two countries that signed the Franco-German Friendship Treaty, "FRANCE" and "GERMANY", and the year "1963". The face value "100 F" under the hands of the leaders.
