½ Batzen from Principality of Neuchâtel. Issued from 1788 to 1794. Struck in Billon. Measures 21 mm and weighs 1.7 g.
- Obverse
- Crowned shield, with quartered arms of Chalon and Neuchâtel containing an escutcheon with coat of arms of Prussia, crowned eagle. (Frederick William, King of Prussia, Sovereign Prince of Neuchâtel and Valangin.)
- Reverse
- Cross recircled, hollowed out, notched or pierced with a circle at the ends of the branches, with four fleurons in cantons. (To each his own.)
