- Emblem with date underneath and 'Singapore' on four sides in English, Tamil, Chinese, and Malay. (Singapore)
- Reverse
- Singapore skyline motif in the center, with a container ship in the foreground and a B747 Jumbo Jet in the background. Stylized-25 above the motif, with the fluttering Singapore flag and the Singapore Lion symbol to the left. The words 'One People One Nation One Singapore' was the title of the national song for the Singapore 1990 National Day Parade celebrations.
