Description
2 Kune from Croatia. Issued in 1941. Struck in Zinc. Measures 18.8 mm and weighs 2.25 g.
- Obverse
- Alongside the upper edge is written NEZAVISNA DRŽAVA and alongside the bottom edge is written HRVATSKA. In the central part of the coin is the old Croatian coat of arms with letter U above. The letter is inside the Croatian interlace with three-ribbon pattern. (The Independent State of Croatia)
- Reverse
- Alongside the edge of the coin is the old Christian braided ornamentation. In the central part of the coin is the face value of the coin (2). Under the face value is written KUNE and the year of minting (1941). (2 Kune 1941)
