Portrait of Horatius as that of a roman coin of the IV century. Two feathers (one bigger that the other) are at sides of the poet head. Name of the engraver along the rim, near left shoulder.
Reverse
A Corinthian capital, symbol of classicism, with incused a verse taken from "Ars Poetica" followed by the value. At left of the capital the mint mark and the date. (Italian Republic)
