9 Piastres from Cyprus. Issued in 1907. Struck in Silver (.925). Measures 23.7 mm and weighs 5.65 g.
- Obverse
- Crowned bust to right. DeS (=De Saulles) in relief below and in a circle the inscription: EDWARDVS VII DEI GRATIA REX IMPERATOR
- Reverse
- A crowned schied of arms which divides date 1907. The crown rests on a scroll inscribed CYPRUS and the value is set out in words NINE PIASTRES around the lower edge of of the design
