- Portrait of Gustav II Adolf with laurel garland facing right. Below the artist initials and at lower left the mintmarks
- Reverse
- Ornate inscription plate within circle. Below, partially inside the plate, a shield with the three crowns of Sweden divides value at left and date at right. (Gustaf V King of Sweden Three hundred year memorial of the death of king Gustaf II Adolf at Lützen 6th of November 1632)
