Obverse

The three towers with a stylized plume around them, the legend "Republic of San Marino", under the name of the author of the sketch "Pernazza U.". a laurel and olive leaf surround the year of issue "2005".

Reverse

In the center of the room, a portrait of Antonio Onofri. On the left, the words "Antonio Onofri," and "1825,2005. On the right-hand side in the middle, the number "5", the word "EURO" and below the symbol of the Italian Mint, which was responsible for minting the "R".
