- Obverse
- Eagle exposing chest, with a snake in beak. Standing on cactus in the middle of a lake, with a laurel and oak branches tied together at base. And country name at top semi-circle. (United States of Mexico)
- Reverse
- Liberty cap radiating light at top. Number 20 at center with horizontal lining inside it, and mint mark in the middle of both numbers. Unit below and date at bottom, with an oak and laurel branch tied together at bottom semi-circle. (20 Mexico City Mint Cents 1919)
