- There is a semicircular conventionalized depiction of a snowflake fragment, upon which there are the inscriptions УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) and the small National Emblem of Ukraine; below and on the right, against the mirror background there are inscriptions: 2 ГРИВНІБ 2001 (Ukraine 2 Hryvni 2001)
