There is depicted a treble set within the frame of wildflowers, above which there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine, beneath there are depicted 2003, the mintage year and circular inscriptions: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) (left), 2 ГРИВНІ (2 hryvnia) (right), as well as the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine

Reverse

Borys Hmyria 's portrait is depicted, on its right there is a two-lined depiction of the years of his life:1903 - 1969, beneath there is a facsimile of the outstanding singer
