2 Hryvni from Ukraine. Issued in 2003. Struck in Nickel brass (German silver). Measures 31 mm and weighs 12.8 g.
- Obverse
- Within the bead circle there is depicted the composition symbolizing the national idea of Unification of Ukraine: the small National Emblem of Ukraine in circumference of floral ornamentation which is supported by a lion and a Cossack holding a musket. There are also conventionalized inscriptions: УКРАЇНА, 2 ГРИВНІ, 2003 (Ukraine/ 2003 /2 hryvnia) and the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine (Ukraine 2 Hryvni 2003)
